Our Engagement Process

It won't cost you a dime to get our two cents.

Phase One / Free Quote:
  1. Fill out our confidential inquiry form to give us a quick overview of the situation - who you are & what you're trying to do.
  2. We will follow up with more questions and - through 1 or 2 conversations - we can together determine if it's a good fit for both parties.
  3. We send you our fixed price for service(s) & a clear plan on your various options as we see them - including timetable(s) - contained in a simple and straightforward engagement agreement for your approval.
Phase Two / We're hired:
  1. Depending on service(s), we start by having 2-3 Q&A sessions with your key management personnel over the course of seven to ten days.
  2. We go to work on it like beavers - although we may need to bother you a couple more times.
  3. We present our initial plan(s) as a 'rough draft' for your feedback - and to see if our ships are sailing in the same direction.
  4. We present our final plan with all recommendations for potential solutions.
  5. You implement all, some or none of these recommendations as you see fit.
